I actually did something right with this ECU. I paid someone else to sort it for me!
I took it to AJEC racing who stuck it on the dyno and did some fiddling. 2 hours later the result was this:

Result 111bhp with 1.2bar!
Car is nearly there. I am going to drive it around for a week of so then take it back for some finer tuning.
