All of the E420C ecu's I have seen are red coloured and not black.
It could be an E420B?
See if you can get the seller to give you the Model and Serial number from the sticker on the back and email that to Adaptronic and get them to check it. |

Grant the sticker is of the new logo so one would assume that it was made just before they changed the whole casing to what it is now.
But then again, there are a lot of shifty people on the internet... |

| e420d is a different sized box and all the e40c's have the old logo. Might be best to get confirmation from the guys at Adaptronic as you suggested |
