Ok now the testing is over I can start making these items to ship, so here's the following prices and options.
All items can be made in any of the following colours / patterns
Plus the standard pro finish black carbon.
The red green and blue options are just variations on original carbon cloth, the first of the pictures is Carbon Black Twaron, last two of the pics are Aramid and Twaron blends. Any options other than the pro finish carbon come with a slight chance of weave deformation (about 10%) due to the nature of the cloth. An extra cost of approximately £25 is incurred for these different colours / weaves, due to cloth wastage for large items like boots and bonnets.
All items come gel coated except where listed although any item can come without gel coat to save on weight / cost although it is advised to include gel coat as it acts as a sunlight filter and slows down yellowing dramatically.
All items can be made in high quality fibreglass finish with any mix of carbon, aramid, twaron or diolen to add strength, this is perfect should you wish to finish the item in a paint colour of your choice. Prices for this will be lower than the pro finish carbon items by approximately 15% but individual quotes will be provided.
All items are pure carbon, meaning totally made of carbon fibre and epoxy resin not just a skin on a metal or fibreglass shell unless stated or requested (large items such as boot or bonet lids have a soric core mat necessary for the infusion process used in manufacture, soric is a hexagonal infusion mat used to strengthen products and limits the amounts of resin giving a stronger lighter product.
All items subject to postage costs and any payment fee's.
Due to what is a costly production cost orders WILL NOT be processed without a minimum deposit to cover the cost of materials
Most items coming in at 50% the weight of OEM parts
Boot, pure pro finish carbon (without spoiler reinforcement) £500 Bonet catch guard (non gel coated) £45 Carbon Spark plug cover. £45
Approx 2.3mm thick, high gloss on one side and performance E-glass fabric on the reverse. Drilled to fit all you need is fixings (suggest stainless allen heads with sprung washer).

Under trays, no, simply as its usually the first thing removed from the cappo when modified and would be a real pain to mould, I could try to make a one off boxed tray but epoxy is not oil resistant (well not much) and there would be no weight saving.
Arches and front wings maybe but the cost of making moulds would mean a minimum of 5 units would need to be made from each mould otherwise it works out cheaper to buy from japan, plus everyone would want something slightly different (the boot lids for example).

You mean just like the one you've bought?
I can do but the cost to mold would push the price up and I don't think there's enough members who want to purchase them, after all fuzz struggled to sell her kit.
Molding wouldn't be an issue if I had yours as I could just sit it in the lower mold I've got and cast a new upper.
